This is our fourth production of Petite Sirah. Although young, it's showing wonderful fruit expression. The varietal is well suited to our soil and climate. Deep inky, dark purple hues give way to hints of blackberries, blueberries, black pepper and spice. Harvested on October 14th with Brix levels of 24.7. Cold soaked in tank for two days at 45 degrees farenheit for 7 days with temperatures from 78-83 degrees farenheit.
