About This Item

This classic wine opens with aromas of stone fruit and fresh flowers with notes of soft oak. The aromas of oak continue on the palate leading into flavors of delicious honeysuckle, ripe pluot and apricot.

Aging:  100% Stainless Steel Fermented.

Interesting Facts: Harvested on August 11th with Brix levels of 24.8. Cold setting in tank for two days at 45 degrees F. Fermented for 13 days with temperatures from 56-64 degrees F.
