About This Item

Ripe stone fruits mingle with tropical papaya and pineapple with soft whispers of honeysuckle. Silky peach, nectarine, vanilla and tangerine combine to create a voluptuous Viognier.

Interesting Facts: Harvested on September 5th with Brix sugar levels of 24.4. Cold soaked in tank for two days at 45 degrees F. There was no commercial yeast added and it was 100% natural spontaneous fermentation. Wild yeast expresses Terroir - varietal character, aromas, flavor, mouthfeel and a sense of place. (Temecula) 

Composition: 100% Viognier
Aging: 61% Stainless Steel fermented, 39% fermented in French oak barrels and aged for 15 months. (50% new 2018 and 50% 2016 barrels)
