Estate grown and aged in French oak, this buttery wine delivers complex notes of honeydew melon, citrus, oak, and baking spices.

Aging: 100% barrel fermented and barrel aged for 13 months in French oak. 45% new, 22% three year, and 33% three year old barrels.
Harvested August 30th and September 2nd at 22.7 Brix. Two yeast strains were used and fermented in two seperate tank/barrel lots for added complexity and fruit characteristics. 100% estate fruit, 100% barrel fermented. Sur Lie aging and Batonnage. Malolactic fermentation was 100% completed.
