Medium bodied and well-balanced tannins welcome the mouth-watering acidity with smooth, creamy flavors of red cherries, hints of vanilla, cranberry and sandalwood.

Aging: 100% barrel aged - 85% Neutral Oak, 15% new French oak.
Harvested August 26th at 24.0 Brix. Fermented with an Italian yeast strain that intensifie notes of red fruit such as strawberry, raspberry and black cherry for 7 days at 80-88 Degree Fahrenheit.
