A beautiful summertime bouquet of sweet cherry, strawberry and deep raspberry fill the nose and palate of this refreshing rosé. Notes of blueberry, white pepper and crisp watermelon abound and highlight the lingering, flavorful finish.

Interesting Facts: Harvested September 10th. Slow, 11 day cold fermentation in stainless steel tank with temperatures from 57-65 degrees farenheit. The colder fermentation retains the delicate fruit and spicy characteristics.
