Estate grown and aged in French oak, this buttery wine delivers complex notes of honeydew melon, citrus, oak, and baking spices.

Aging: 100% barrel fermented and barrel aged for 13 months in French oak. 20% new, 30% one year, and 50% two year old barrels.
Harvested August 28th at 23.1 Brix. French yeast strain was used and fermentation started in tank prior to racking into French oak barrels. Batonnage (lees stirring) during the fermentation stage in barrels. Fermentation was completed in barrels and Sur Lie aging for six months. Malolactic fermentation was 100% completed.
