The beautiful deep garnet color along with the smoky aromas of black cherry ignite your senses on a journey through Cherry groves kissed by sun light on a warm spring day. Blackberry and plum greet the front palate as creamy, smooth tannins cover mid palate bringing forth the long tobacco finish.
Harvested Cabernet harvested October 19th at 24.8 Brix, Syrah - October 12th at 24.1 Brix and Petit Verdot - October 8th at 24.2 Brix. All varietals inoculated with French yeast, specifically selected to improve varietal character, color intensity, tannin structure and terroir.
Composition: 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Syrah, 5% Petit Verdot
Aging: 24 months in 100% French oak. 30% new, 15% 2-year-old, and 55% neutral.
Alcohol: 14.8%
