Our new vintage of Rosé Soleil continues the tradition of bringing a touch of Southern France to your glass. Starting with vibrant aromas of cherry, stone-fruit, and hints of cool, bright Mandarin orange, the silken palate reveals nectarine, strawberry and touches of wild thyme. Refreshing minerality blends with ripe peach and white cherry for a tasty finish that leaves you wanting more.
Interesting Facts: Our winemaker's love for the South of France is embodied in our new Provencal style rosé crafted using both traditional and modern techniques learned from his French compatriots. Harvested all three varieties on September 27th, and co-fermented in the same tank. A slow 11 day cold fermentation in stainless steel tank with temperatures from 56-60 degrees Farenheit.
