This is an aromatic rose that defies any idea that pink wines are wimps! Lush cherry, crisp rhubarb and sweet strawberry lead to full flavors of red currant and plump red plum while refreshing nectarine and watermelon highlight the sweet, tasty finish.
Interesting Facts: Harvested September 16th at 23.3 Brix. Destemmed and crushed directly to press. Macerated on the skins in the press for 4 hours to obtain the desired color and then pressed. Slow cool fermentation for 13 days at temperatures from 58-62 F.
